Steve grew up on a ranch on the central coast of California. His summer memories were filled with long, hot days hauling hay, irrigating pasture, and building fences. Today they are spent working with farm owners and agribusiness professionals, making certain their assets and way of life are protected from whatever harm may come their way.

Steve always knew his future would be tied to agriculture. Upon graduating from Cal Poly SLO with a degree in agriculture, Steve married his high school sweetheart, Kelly. They decided to raise their family in the rural community of Capay, and in 1998, Steve found his true calling as a risk advisor serving the agriculture community.

Always striving to provide his clients with the best possible service, Steve was one of the first agents in the nation to receive the Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS) designation. He continues to stay abreast of industry demands and is currently one of a select few Nationwide Elite Farm Certified agents in California. Dedicated to ongoing professional development in an ever-changing industry, Steve has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.

Beyond Steve’s passion for insurance, which he admits isn’t exciting to most, he has a wild side and enjoys paramotoring, snowmobiling, and adventure travel.
