Shay was born and raised in Dixon, CA on a farm growing row crops; corn, sunflowers and tomatoes. In 2004, the McCluskey’s moved their family ranch to Red Bluff where they started their own cow/calf operation. With agriculture running deep in her veins, Shay graduated with a degree in Agriculture Business from CSU Chico. An internship at the Shasta Livestock Auction Yard and several years working in the Butte County Farm Bureau office prepared Shay well for her role as a member of the farm team and Claims Advocate at Heritage. ?
