Bailey graduated from California State University, Chico with a degree in Agricultural Business. She began her career in the agricultural lending field before joining the Heritage Ag Insurance team. Growing up in an agricultural community instilled a strong work ethic and her passion for agriculture stands at the core of her commitment to her role as Farm Accounts Manager.

Bailey was born and raised in the North State and enjoys participating in various community and is an active member of the Dairyville Community Club and Festival Committee.  She appreciates working with people in the agricultural industry and learning from their operations and experience. Bailey and her husband recently added a beautiful daughter, Blaire to their young family. They enjoy being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
